Barre is a low impact, ballet-inspired workout. This class is great for toning and tightening muscles, improving posture, and increasing flexibility. $5 drop-in.
Zumba
Zumba is a high energy dance workout. It's great for beginners, or for those who miss dance and want to jump back in! Zumba is a fast (and fun!) way to burn calories. $5 drop-in.
Mindful Mobility
This dynamic yet gentle workout will help improve range of motion, balance, and focus, while releasing stress. This class incorporates breathing techniques, stretching, strengthening, and mindfulness. $5 drop-in.
Access
Upon payment, you will receive a Meeting ID and password for the classes that you sign up for. Simply go to zoom.us, click "join meeting", type in the Meeting ID, and type in the password I provide!
If you choose to pay by the month for unlimited classes, you will receive the Meeting IDs and passwords each week, for all of the classes offered during the month.
